Our Services
After reviewing your needs, we carefully look for caregivers who suit the individual who requires care. This involves finding exactly the right people with both the necessary experience and personalities to suit the care recipient. We then visit the home with a choice of caregivers so the care recipient and/or family are fully involved in the selection process, thus ensuring a perfect match.
Once the caregiver has been chosen, we conduct home visits and telephone check-ins to ensure everyone is happy.
Our services include the following:

Meal Preparation:
Planning, preparing and storing nutritious meals.

Nursing:
Administering medications, injections, care of wounds, pain management, testing of blood pressure, etc.

Personal Care:
Bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene assistance.

Respite for Family Caregiver:
We are able to arrange someone to visit as frequently, or infrequently, as required so that you can have a break from caregiving.

Light Housekeeping:
Tidying rooms, washing dishes, changing bed sheets, vacuuming, etc.

Palliative Care:
Our experienced help understands best what is required at this difficult time.

Laundry:
Machine washing of clothing, linens, tablecloths.

Supplementary Care in Hospitals and Homes:
Our caregivers can also help your loved one whether they are in retirement homes, nursing homes or hospitals.

Errands/Shopping:
All types of shopping, doctor's visits, dining out, church, etc.

Joyful Companionship:
Assist with day to day activities, correspondence, cards, crafts, reading, etc.

Medication Reminder:
Organizing, reminders regarding ongoing medications.

Please ask for any service not listed and we will endeavour to provide it. Services are available on a short or long term basis, live-in (24 hour), or live-out including weekends and holidays.
